This boutique Japanese hotel is a hidden gem with top, notch amenities. the location is ideal, with stunning mountain views and just a short walk to beautiful Kinrin Ko, local restaurants, and shops. the rooms are tastefully decorated, and the private hot springs baths are a real highlight. the sets are unforgettable, with traditional Japanese kaiseki, ryoori dishes and modern touches like grapefruit sake. the service is spot, on, and staff are accommodating to English speakers. Onsen lovers can enjoy several indoor and outdoor options that suit their preferences.
The shuttle service was a bit unpleasant for some guests, as one driver was rude to some elderly travelers.

The room amenities were outstanding, with everything I could possibly need during my stay. From the cozy sitting area to the in-room safe, I felt like I had all the comforts of home. The free toiletries were a nice touch and the refrigerator and electric kettle made it convenient to have cold drinks and hot tea. The flat-screen TV and telephone were also appreciated for some relaxation in the evenings. The dining restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff was attentive. The meals were absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy every palate. I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

The wooden buildings and natural onsen really create a traditional Japanese atmosphere. the food was superb and the staff were very kind and accommodating. the private onsen attached to the room provided a unique and relaxing experience. the location was also great, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and close proximity to attractions.
The smell of cooking meat was a bit overpowering at times, and there were some mosquitoes in the room that kept me up at night. these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise wonderful stay.

The onsen facilities were amazing, with several options to choose from both indoor and outdoor. We loved the beautiful view of the mountains from our room on the second floor and the fact that it was located just a few minutes away from a stunning lake. , the set dinner offered was high-quality Japanese cuisine and we enjoyed it very much.
We were not happy with the service we received from the driver of the hotel shuttle bus. He was a bit rude when my father had trouble finding the sign paper, which left a bad impression on our stay at the hotel.
